If you logged in on the app using Phone Number / Apple ID / Facebook, you may not have a web password yet.
Please open the app → Edit Profile → set your Email + Password first, then login here using that email & password.
(Google/Facebook login on web will work only if you use the same provider that has access to your email.)

inside the app → Edit Profile. Then you can login on web using that email & password.
This is required for partner web access when social login doesn’t provide a usable email/password.
