By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern the use of our services, including booking hotels, tour packages, activities/attractions, rental villas/houses/apartments, and rental cars (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
Tripyatra.com provides an online platform for Users to access information, pricing, availability, and booking facilities for:
Domestic and international hotel bookings
Tour packages (domestic and international)
Activities and attractions
Rental bookings for villas, houses, and apartments
Rental car bookings
These Services are offered through third-party vendors (“Service Providers”) such as hotels, tour operators, activity providers, property owners, and car rental agencies. Tripyatra.com acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of these Services unless explicitly stated.
This document constitutes the Master User Agreement (“Agreement”) applicable to all Services provided by Tripyatra.com. Additional terms and conditions specific to each Service (“Service-Specific Terms”) may apply and will be presented during the booking process. In case of a conflict between these Terms and Service-Specific Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
Tripyatra.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate personal and payment information during booking. Tripyatra.com is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the User.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to the User. Tripyatra.com reserves the right to reject any booking without assigning a reason.
Photo ID Requirement: For hotel and rental bookings, Users must carry a valid photo ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, or Aadhaar Card) for verification at check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID. Failure to present a valid ID may result in denial of service by the Service Provider, and Tripyatra.com will not be liable for refunds in such cases.
Special Requests: Requests such as extra beds, early check-in, or specific room preferences are subject to availability and the Service Provider’s policies. Tripyatra.com will communicate such requests to the Service Provider but does not guarantee fulfillment.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or e-wallets as available on the platform. All payments must be made in favor of Tripyatra Travel Solutions Private Limited and marked “A/C Payee Only.”
Advance Payments:
Hotels: A minimum of 25% advance payment may be required for “Pay at Hotel” bookings.
Tour Packages and Rentals: A 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due before the commencement of the Service.
Activities/Attractions and Rental Cars: Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the Service Provider’s policy.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Taxes and Fees: Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (e.g., gala dinner charges for Christmas/New Year, tolls, or parking fees) may apply and are payable directly to the Service Provider.
Prices are subject to change based on Service Provider policies, and Tripyatra.com is not liable for rate changes after booking unless explicitly agreed.
Promotional offers, discounts, or eCash (if applicable) are governed by specific terms displayed on the website or app. Tripyatra.com reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without notice.
General:
Cancellations must be initiated through the “My Bookings” section on Tripyatra.com or by contacting support@tripyatra.com.
Cancellation charges depend on the Service Provider’s policy and will be deducted from the refundable amount, along with a Tripyatra.com service fee (if applicable).
No refunds will be issued for “No Show” cases where the User fails to utilize the Service without prior cancellation.
Hotels:
Cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy, which will be displayed during booking.
Refunds to e-wallets are processed within 2–4 hours; bank account/credit card refunds take 2–3 working days for private banks and up to 7 working days for public banks.
Tour Packages:
A minimum 10% service charge applies to all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation slab. Refunds for unused services (e.g., hotels, transport) depend on the Service Provider’s recovery.
Activities/Attractions:
Tickets for activities or attractions are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the Service Provider.
Rental Villas/Houses/Apartments:
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may incur full charges. Refunds are subject to the property owner’s policy.
Rental Cars:
Cancellations after the reporting time are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of reporting time may incur inconvenience charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or bank account). For non-card payments, refunds will be issued via Account Payee Cheque.
Refund processing may take 15–20 working days, subject to the Service Provider’s refund timeline.
Tripyatra.com is not liable for delays in refunds caused by banks or Service Providers.
Certain bookings (e.g., promotional offers, specific hotels, or activities) may be non-refundable, as indicated during the booking process. No refunds will be provided for such bookings, even if cancelled.
Users must comply with the terms, guidelines, and policies of the Service Provider (e.g., hotel check-in rules, tour operator regulations, or car rental agreements). Tripyatra.com is not responsible for disputes arising from non-compliance.
For hotels, check-in may be denied to local residents or guests posing as couples without proper identification, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Users are liable for any damage caused to rental properties or vehicles and must settle such charges directly with the Service Provider.
For international bookings, Users are responsible for obtaining valid visas, travel insurance, and other required documents. Tripyatra.com is not liable for visa rejections or related losses.
For activities or attractions, Users must carry booking confirmations or e-tickets as required by the Service Provider.
Users must ensure they are fit to participate in booked activities or tours, especially those involving physical exertion or high-altitude locations. Tripyatra.com is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or health issues during the use of Services.
Users with contagious diseases are prohibited from participating in group tours or activities.
Tripyatra.com acts as a facilitator between Users and Service Providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or performance of Services provided by third parties.
All itineraries for tour packages are sample itineraries and may change due to weather, road conditions, or other factors. Tripyatra.com reserves the right to modify schedules for safety or operational reasons.
Tripyatra.com is not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes by Service Providers (e.g., hotel overbookings, tour cancellations, or car rental unavailability).
Losses due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest).
Personal injuries, property damage, or financial losses incurred during the use of Services.
In case a User is unreachable after booking and fails to utilize the Service, Tripyatra.com is not liable for any resulting charges or losses.
While we strive to provide accurate information, Tripyatra.com is not responsible for errors in pricing, availability, or Service descriptions provided by Service Providers.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on Tripyatra.com. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described therein.
Tripyatra.com may share your booking details with Service Providers to facilitate the Service.
All content on Tripyatra.com, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Tripyatra Travel Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, India].

Tripyatra.com is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Bookings and Services are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Service Provider.
These Terms, along with any Service-Specific Terms, constitute the entire agreement between Tripyatra.com and the User, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
