Tripyatra.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.


2. Scope of Services

2.1 Platform Overview:

Tripyatra.com is an online travel platform that enables Users to:

  • Book domestic and international hotels.

  • Book tour packages (domestic and international).

  • Book activities and attractions.

  • Book rental villas, houses, and apartments.

  • Book rental cars. 2.2 Intermediary Role: Tripyatra.com acts as an intermediary between Users and third-party service providers (“Service Providers”), such as hotels, tour operators, activity providers, property owners, and car rental agencies. Tripyatra.com is not the direct provider of these Services unless explicitly stated. 2.3 Service-Specific Terms: Each Service may have additional terms provided by the Service Provider, which will be displayed during the booking process. These terms are binding, and in case of conflict with this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise specified.


3. User Account and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation:

  • To access certain features (e.g., booking, viewing past bookings), you may need to create an account by providing accurate details such as your name, email address, and phone number.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • Notify us immediately at support@tripyatra.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Accurate Information:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, booking, or any interaction with the Platform.

  • Tripyatra.com is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3.3 User Conduct:

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

    • Impersonate any person or entity or provide false information.

    • Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s functionality, including through hacking, introducing viruses, or overloading servers.

    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.

  • Violation of these conduct rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Platform.

3.4 Photo ID Requirement:

  • For hotel check-ins, rental bookings, or other Services, you must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, or Aadhaar Card). PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID.

  • Failure to present a valid ID may result in denial of service by the Service Provider, and Tripyatra.com will not be liable for refunds or compensation.


4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process:

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment (or partial payment for “Pay at Hotel” options) and receipt of a confirmation email from Tripyatra.com.

  • Tripyatra.com reserves the right to reject any booking without providing a reason.

  • Special requests (e.g., early check-in, extra beds, or specific vehicle types) are subject to availability and Service Provider policies. Tripyatra.com will communicate such requests but does not guarantee fulfillment.

4.2 Payment Terms:

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or e-wallets as available on the Platform.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • For certain Services (e.g., tour packages or rentals), an advance payment (e.g., 25% for hotels, 40% for tours) may be required, with the balance due before Service commencement.

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees, or mandatory gala dinner charges) may apply and are payable directly to the Service Provider.

4.3 Pricing and Offers:

  • Prices are subject to change based on Service Provider policies. Tripyatra.com is not liable for price changes after booking unless explicitly agreed.

  • Promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms displayed on the Platform and may be withdrawn or modified without notice.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be initiated via the “My Bookings” section on the Platform or by emailing support@tripyatra.com.

  • Cancellation charges vary based on the Service Provider’s policy and will be deducted from the refundable amount, along with any applicable Tripyatra.com service fees.

  • Non-refunded bookings (e.g., promotional offers or specific activities) will not be eligible for refunds, as indicated during booking.

5.2 Refund Process:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 2–7 working days for card/bank payments or 2–4 hours for e-wallet refunds, subject to Service Provider timelines.

  • Tripyatra.com is not liable for delays caused by banks or Service Providers.

5.3 No Show Policy:

  • Failure to utilize a booked Service without prior cancellation (“No Show”) will result in no refunds, and the full booking amount may be charged.


6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Intermediary Role:

  • Tripyatra.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of Services provided by third-party Service Providers.

  • Any issues related to Service delivery (e.g., hotel overbookings, tour cancellations, or vehicle unavailability) must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.

6.2 Force Majeure:

  • Tripyatra.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government regulations.

6.3 Exclusion of Liability:

  • Tripyatra.com is not liable for:

    • Personal injuries, property damage, or financial losses during the use of Services.

    • Losses due to inaccurate information provided by Users or Service Providers.

    • Changes to itineraries or schedules caused by weather, road conditions, or other factors.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service.


7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership:

  • All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Tripyatra Travel Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 7.2 Usage Restrictions:

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content without prior written consent from Tripyatra.com.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection:

  • Your personal information is collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to sharing your booking details with Service Providers to facilitate Services.

8.2 Security:

  • While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, Tripyatra.com is not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control.


9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User:

  • You may stop using the Platform at any time. To deactivate your account, contact support@tripyatra.com.

9.2 Termination by Tripyatra.com:

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you:

    • Breach this Agreement or Service-Specific Terms.

    • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

    • Misuse the Platform in a way that harms Tripyatra.com or third parties.

  • Termination does not affect obligations related to completed bookings or pending payments.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law:
